Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP/MM Functional Lead with 15+ years of SAP consulting experience and deep expertise in Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and SAP S/4HANA transformations. The candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, global rollouts, business process transformations, and support engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. < data-start=”602” data-end=”627”>Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP PP/MM workstreams for global SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation programs.
Drive business process design workshops and solution architecture discussions.
Define and implement best practices for manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.
Lead configuration and deployment of:
Production Planning (PP)
Materials Management (MM)
MRP and Demand Planning
Production Orders
Material Master
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Routings and Work Centers
Procurement and Inventory Management
Manage full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
Lead integration efforts across PP/MM with SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM, and FICO.
Provide solution governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
Mentor junior consultants and offshore teams.
Support SAP S/4HANA migration, brownfield, greenfield, and global template rollouts.

Requirements

15+ years of SAP PP/MM consulting experience.
Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
Strong expertise in:
SAP PP
SAP MM
MRP
Production Planning
Procurement and Inventory Management
Manufacturing and Supply Chain Processes
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
Experience leading global teams and client-facing engagements.
Strong knowledge of integration with SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM, and FICO.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

SAP S/4HANA Certification.
Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing industries.
Exposure to SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics, and SAP Activate methodology.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
