DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER

Summary: As a Digital Product Owner, your role is to act as the voice of the customer and the guardian of the product vision for a well-defined product or feature set. You are responsible for defining the product vision and goals, prioritizing work, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products that meet user needs, drive business value, and achieve success in the marketplace., * Partners with Business Analysts to ensure stakeholder needs are accurately captured and reflected in the product backlog; contributes to requirements when needed

• Utilizes basic analytical techniques to perform data analysis and provides recommendations based on findings.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
• Contributes to user stories and acceptance criteria when needed to enable development teams’ work and collaborates with them to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Supports product development process and aids throughout, participates in user testing and gathers feedback for product iterations.
• Partners with stakeholders to convey product vision, goals, and updates, ensuring product features meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Analyzes product performance to inform product roadmap and leads product team ceremonies as needed.
• Owns the prioritization of the product backlog based on stakeholder inputs and business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in the field of work required.
• 2 years in product management or related roles, with a focus on digital products required.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Jira or other product management tools
