Healthcare Network Contracting Manager- Remote

We’re looking for a seasoned Network Contract Manager to join our team supporting the VA Community Care Network program - one of the most meaningful healthcare initiatives in the country. In this role you’ll be on the front lines of expanding and managing a provider network that exists specifically to serve America’s Veterans.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work directly with physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers to grow a strong, geographically accessible network. That means negotiating and renewing contracts, identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency, and making strategic decisions backed by real performance data. You’ll also serve as the internal go-to expert on VA CCN contracting - advising both providers and internal teams on program requirements and ensuring the network stays healthy, compliant, and performing.

Day to day you’ll manage contract execution and documentation, monitor network adequacy, develop retention strategies, and build the kind of provider relationships that keep a complex network running smoothly.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * 3+ years in healthcare network management or direct provider contracting

• Hands-on experience negotiating with physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers
• Comfort analyzing network performance data and translating it into strategic action
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders
• Experience with network adequacy analysis is a plus
