IT Systems Administrator

• Own and evolve system platforms, including administration, stability, and performance
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Entra ID
• Design, implement, and operate virtualized infrastructure (VMware)
• Own system lifecycle activities including patching, upgrades, and platform evolution
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to alerts and incidents
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated systems and infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with various teams to design, operate, and continuously improve secure enterprise environments
• Document standards, processes, and solutions to capture decisions and improve long-term supportability
• Design and implement new infrastructure solutions, contributing ideas that influence technology direction and continuous improvement initiatives

Do you have experience in Virtualization projects?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 3+ years of experience implementing, managing, documenting, and troubleshooting enterprise-grade systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, VMware)

• Experience supporting virtualized environments (VMware)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Experience

• Experience with cloud or hybrid environments (Azure or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and alerting tools
• Experience with identity and access management solutions
• Exposure to infrastructure modernization or continuous improvement initiatives
