Analyst Consultant

As an Analyst within Trexin you will have the ability to work directly with client teams in a collaborative environment to provide value added input, deliver projects built around identified and strategic issues, and ensure the delivery of high levels of client satisfaction. Trexin focuses on the growth of our Analyst consultants by providing hands on training in AI and other pertinent technologies and platforms associated with our clients’ needs.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

· Demonstrate knowledge of the client’s business to design effective processes, organizations to drive real business benefits.

· Earn client trust though building solid relationships, creating strong client relationships with client and Trexin peer teams.

· Hands on technical delivery work for clients in technologies including but not limited to Java, JavaScript, Anthropic AI, Python, Azure, GitHub and more.

· Work with project teams to integrate change management into overall project plans.

· Participate in requirements gathering and solutions design sessions, document business/system requirements in alignment with business users to understand priorities and how to leverage technology solutions to improve performance.

· Prepare client deliverables, including requirements, functional designs, future- and current-state process flows, strategy assessments, and proposals.

· Assist with the program management and project delivery of technology-based business solutions across the systems development lifecycle.

Do you have experience in Visio?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, · Bachelor’s degree in business or technical area, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in consulting or other professional industry environment.

· Experience in hands on coding or development either via schooling or work. Candidates must be able to describe their experience developing/coding a full program from design to implementation.

· Knowledge and experience with gathering requirements, specifications, testing, and communicating with users/business representatives.

· Strong communication (oral and written), demonstrated interpersonal and relationship building skills.

· Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

· Proactive with demonstrated independent drive and ability to forge relationships with senior resources on the team.

· Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and Visio, including the ability to summarize with text, diagrams and data graphs.

· Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

· Ability to take on new challenges and work outside of one’s comfort zone.

· Willingness to approach ambiguous situations with an open mind, high-level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
