Job description

  • Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of SAP WM/EWM solutions across multiple projects
  • Defining and refining product features in collaboration with business stakeholders and product teams under strategic guidance of the product owner
  • Coordinate and support incident management activities, including resolution tracking and communication with users
  • Support the execution of product development tasks and ensure timely delivery of assigned work packages
  • Facilitate communication between involved stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of logistics and warehouse applications
  • Ensure accurate and timely provision of data for analytics and reporting purposes
  • Monitor product performance metrics and support the Product Owner in tracking successful indicators
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues to the Product Owner and assist in mitigation planning
  • Coordinate with external partners and support resource planning for operational activities
  • Provide user support and contribute to training initiatives for new functionalities
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in daily operations
  • Support release planning and participate in testing and validation of new deployments
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and document implementation progress
  • Oversees and mentors junior solution managers and consultants in SAP WM/EWM best practices
  • Define, monitor and report on KPIs to ensure product success
  • Represent the product team in leadership-level discussions and strategic planning
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and solution delivery

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse management?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • 6-10 years of experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) implementations/support, Outlook to related SAP areas (MM, PP…) is an advantage.
  • Strong expertise in managing complex logistics and supply chain projects
  • Proven leadership experience in managing SAP projects and cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and EWM decentralized deployment
  • Deep understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, stock management, storage bin strategies, warehouse task optimization, HU management and integration with SAP
  • Proficient in business process mapping, configuration, and user training
  • Knowledge of automation technologies and integration with SAP EWM (e.g., ASRS, conveyors, robotics)
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and user experience design in warehouse operations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong ability to engage with stakeholders, conduct workshops, draft functional specifications, support user acceptance testing, go-live and hyper care phases
  • Fluent English is a must have, Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ability for project-related and global travel
  • Experience/good understanding in Agile or hybrid project methodologies
  • SAP certification in WM or EWM is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
