Job description

This role supports the corporate communication function by partnering with security engineering teams to manage and communicate initiatives related to Venafi, PKI encryption, Microsoft PKI, Keyfactor and data protection platforms. The position focuses on translating complex technical topics into clear internal communication that supports secure operations in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities -Develop communication plans that explain PKI encryption initiatives and certificate lifecycle changes to internal partners while aligning with corporate communication standards -Coordinate with PKI engineering teams using Venafi Microsoft PKI Keyfactor and AppviewX to gather accurate technical updates and translate them into accessible communication materials -Prepare internal announcements that describe data protection PKI projects and their benefits for secure digital operations across business units -Create detailed run books and communication guides for certificate renewal events outages and remediation efforts to reduce operational risk -Manage communication timelines for PKI ELN related activities ensuring that all affected teams receive timely and actionable information -Design user friendly guidance for application teams integrating with Venafi AppviewX and Keyfactor so that onboarding and configuration steps are clearly understood -Develop awareness content that highlights the importance of encryption key management and its role in safeguarding customer data and corporate information -Partner with risk and compliance stakeholders to communicate policy updates related to PKI usage certificate standards and data protection controls -Provide concise status reports on PKI communication activities for management summarizing progress risks and mitigation steps in business focused language -Support incident communication during certificate or encryption related events by drafting clear impact updates and recovery messages for internal audiences -Work closely with business partners to collect feedback on PKI communication clarity and incorporate improvements into future messaging cycles -Document communication processes for PKI platforms to support consistent messaging and knowledge sharing across the corporate communication team -Assist in the creation of training content that helps internal teams understand how to request manage and retire certificates using Venafi and related tools -Coordinate with collaboration platform owners to ensure PKI communication content is properly published stored and searchable in internal channels -Review technical documentation created by engineering teams and adapt it into structured communication suitable for non technical stakeholders -Align communication outputs with the organization brand tone and regulatory expectations while focusing on clarity and action oriented guidance -Support hybrid work practices by designing communication methods that reach onsite and remote personnel with equal effectiveness -Identify communication risks around upcoming PKI changes and propose mitigation strategies such as advance notices quick reference guides and office hours sessions - ABOUT Ztek: Website: www.ztekinc.com Ztek Consulting Inc is a minority- and woman-owned business enterprise that leverages a unique blend of human talent, machine learning algorithms, and artificial intelligence to provide customized talent management solutions for clients.
