Workday Developer

Our NON PROFIT client is seeking a Sr. Workday Developer to support and enhance Workday Studio integrations, with a focus on Workday Financials (primarily AR/invoicing). This is a true hands-on development role, centered around maintaining, enhancing, and stabilizing existing Studio integrations originally built by an implementation partner., Support, maintain, and enhance existing Workday Studio integrations

Ensure Studio integrations are stable, functioning correctly, and production-ready

Partner with internal teams as the environment continues to build and mature

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and data flow problems

Support Workday Financials integrations, primarily related to AR and invoicing

Work across Studio and other Workday connectors (EIB handled by other team members)

Prepare integrations for future enhancements once the environment stabilizes

While Financials experience is preferred, candidates with a strong Workday Studio background and primarily HCM experience are encouraged to apply, as the Financials domain can be learned. Workday Studio experience is non-negotiable., 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience

Strong Workday Studio experience (hands-on, production-level)

Experience enhancing, maintaining, and supporting existing Studio integrations

Workday Integration development experience (Studio and other connectors; not EIB-focused)

Exposure to Workday Financials, with emphasis on AR / invoicing (direct or transferable)

Ability to own and manage Studio integrations in a growing environment

Bachelor’s degree (non-negotiable) Workday Prism Analytics

Broader Workday Financials module exposure (GL, AP, Expenses, Assets, Procurement)

Experience working in a post-implementation / build-out phase

Prior experience supporting multiple Studio integrations in production
