Design and manage Dataverse data models to support agent state, case/session context, results, and auditability. Define and apply integration patterns using standard connectors, custom connectors, and REST APIs across internal and external systems. Participate in and contribute to design and solution reviews, identifying trade-offs, risks, and opportunities for standardization and reuse. Establish reusable flow templates, agent patterns, and Dataverse conventions that improve consistency, scalability, and time-to-value across agent solutions.

Core Skills Client Copilot Studio agent development Power Automate workflow orchestration and automation engineering Dataverse data modeling, relationships, security roles, and business rules Enterprise integration patterns and API-based system connectivity Low-code / pro-code hybrid solution design Error handling, resiliency, and operational supportability patterns Solution documentation, design review, and technical communication Enterprise security, governance, and compliance awareness
