Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Oracle EBS/SCM Functional Consultant to join our innovative team and drive excellence in supply chain management solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing, to optimize business processes. Your energetic approach will help organizations streamline operations, enhance supply chain analytics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using industry best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence key supply chain functions through technology and process innovation., * Analyze current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for process improvement using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

  • Configure and support Oracle SCM modules (P2P) , Order Management, to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems such as SAP ERP and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain solutions that enhance inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics operations.
  • Develop and deliver detailed functional specifications for system enhancements, customizations, and upgrades aligned with client needs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues utilizing SQL queries and supply chain analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Facilitate user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to ensure effective adoption of new systems or processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data trends in MRP (Material Requirements Planning), inventory control, production planning, and logistics to recommend strategic enhancements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supply chain management solutions (enterprise solutions)?, * Proven experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant or similar role with a strong understanding of Oracle EBS or other ERP systems related to supply chain management.

  • Deep knowledge of core SCM modules including Inventory Management, Purchasing, Procurement, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and MRP.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and experience with supply chain analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory management techniques, procurement processes, and demand planning principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems through root cause analysis and develop innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency.
