• We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team within Global Trading at the company.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications.
• This role involves close collaboration with the Global Trading Quantitative Analytics team to develop data products, models, and visualizations that support trading operations., * Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with the Quantitative Analytics team to build data products, models, and visualizations.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance front-end and back-end solutions.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation processes.
• Build, operate, and support robust databases and data pipelines.
• Optimize web applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative trading solutions.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of market data, trading systems, and financial instruments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with database management systems.
• Experience in building and optimizing data models, indexing, and query performance.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred)
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React preferred) and full-stack development.
• Familiarity with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, security, and best practices.
