Technical Architect

ArgonDigital seeks an experienced Technical Architect with deep understanding of web content management platforms and a proven track record designing, building, and maintaining enterprise content solutions. The role involves analyzing customer goals, designing solutions that maximize business value, and guiding development and deployment of robust web experiences. A passion for collaborative problem solving, technical design, and solution quality is essential. The ideal candidate loves to problem solve and keep moving forward., * Act as technical point of contact on client engagements and manage a team of developers

• Understand and apply ArgonDigital’s requirements methodology
• Identify solutions and advise customers on supporting technologies
• Perform data analysis, use case analysis, and business process mapping to identify inefficiencies that automation can improve
• Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate clear communication
• Balance multiple priorities and deadlines
• Assist the account management team with the sales cycle: needs elicitation, high-level planning, approach, timeline, and estimates
• Deliver value with little direction

Do you have experience in Technology advisory?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Web Content Management (WCM) platforms preferred

• Experience with CrafterCMS is a strong plus
• Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies preferred
• Open to or experienced with iPaaS solutions such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar platforms
• Experience with UIPath, ServiceNow, or other automation platforms
• 8+ years of technical experience
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
• Loves seeing a project through from vision to launch
• Capable of executing under pressure
• Takes ownership of goals and works to meet or exceed them
• Comfortable in a flexible, changing environment
• Team player who enjoys working with people
• Willing to admit to and learn from mistakes, * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred
• Understanding of modern solution architectures featuring public, private, and hybrid cloud components
• Track record of leading successful projects and growing customers
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Organization, planning, and project management
• Comfortable working with customers in a professional service environment
• Track record of engaging customers and becoming a trusted technical advisor
• Experience in a programming language such as Python, Java, PHP, .NET, or JavaScript and understanding of the software development life cycle, Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment Visa at this time.
