Prep & Support Technician

The Prep & Support Tech plays a key role in the shop assisting other technicians to ensure efficiency. This role is responsible for detailing vehicles, cleaning and organizing throughout the shop, checking in customer vehicles, lot maintenance, and staging. This position has a wage range of $20 - $24 per hour. This position is eligible for our Tech Incentive bonus., * Vehicle Preparation: clean, detail, inspect, fuel, and document vehicles to ensure readiness for delivery and repair

• Shop Operations Support: maintain shop efficiency by staging jobs, organizing materials, cleaning work areas, and managing internal supply movement
• Installation Support: support equipment assembly and installation while sourcing and transporting necessary parts and supplies
• Delivery Support: move and deliver vehicles as needed to support shop operations and customer fulfillment

Do you have experience in Vehicle interior detailing?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational/time management skills

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and parts lookup systems
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player across all levels and with external partners

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Driver’s license with good driving record

Preferred Experience:

• Detailing experience
• Delivery driving experience
• Forklift experience
• CDL or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
