Job description
- Deploy, configure, and maintain XNAT environments using Kubernetes and containerized infrastructure
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures for imaging and research data platforms
- Support cloud and hybrid deployments across AWS, GCP, Azure and on-premise infrastructure
- Automate deployment workflows and infrastructure provisioning
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments
- Collaborate with developers, imaging researchers, and project teams to support platform functionality and integrations
- Assist with upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, and performance tuning
- Support integrations involving:
- PACS/DICOM systems
- Authentication systems (LDAP/SAML/OAuth)
- Object storage and archive systems
- AI/ML pipelines
- Containerized processing workflows
- Participate in technical planning and customer-facing infrastructure discussions
- Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and best practices
Preferred Technical ExperienceRequired
- Kubernetes administration and orchestration
- Docker/containerized application deployment
- Linux systems administration
- Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Infrastructure automation and scripting
- Experience with:
- Helm
- Git
- CI/CD workflows
- Bash or Python scripting
- Terraform, * Opportunity to work on globally impactful healthcare and research infrastructure

Requirements
Do you have experience in Linux support?, * Experience with XNAT
- Experience with medical imaging or DICOM workflows
- AWS infrastructure experience
- PostgreSQL administration
- NGINX/Tomcat configuration
- Experience with:
- Nomad
- Ansible
- Observability and monitoring
- High-availability architectures
- Security hardening
- Healthcare or research IT environments, * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Comfortable working in fast-moving technical environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for building infrastructure that supports scientific advancement and healthcare innovation
