Systems/Infrastructure Analyst

Our client is seeking a Systems /Infrastructure Analyst to join a growing Enterprise Technology team responsible for supporting and evolving the infrastructure that powers critical business operations. This role offers the opportunity to work across cloud, identity, endpoint management, virtualization, and enterprise systems while contributing to technology transformation initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, and innovation.

The successful candidate will partner with technical and business stakeholders to analyze, design, implement, and support enterprise technology solutions. What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze, design, configure, and support enterprise technology solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex service incidents and infrastructure issues while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in enterprise-wide projects involving cloud, identity management, virtualization, and infrastructure modernization.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements, architectural improvements, and technology solutions.
• Support capacity planning, system growth initiatives, and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
• Review and participate in testing activities to validate functionality and minimize implementation risk.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
• Assist in evaluating emerging technologies, tools, and best practices.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related role.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Active Directory, Okta
• Experience supporting public cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Experience with database administration and support (SQL, RDS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or Amazon WorkSpaces.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Azure Runbooks, AWS Lambda, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to multi-cloud infrastructure and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience supporting technology transformation or modernization initiatives.
