Senior Developer - Appian

Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for Low-Code Senor Developer to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a Senior Appian Developer to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of mission-critical enterprise applications for a federal government client. The successful candidate will leverage Appian and other low-code platforms to deliver innovative business process management (BPM) solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support agency modernization initiatives.

This position will be on-site and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy enterprise applications using Appian and other approved low-code platforms.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

• Develop integrations with external systems using web services, FTP, Java Messaging System (JMS), and other integration technologies.

• Support application architecture, database design, and performance optimization activities.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support for production environments.

• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, presentations, and status updates to project stakeholders.

Do you have experience in UI implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor Degree (BA/BS) with concentration in computer science, computer engineering, or technical or related field. (Master’s degree can be substituted as 4 years of experience.)

• Appian Certified Lead Developer certification or comparable

• Ten (10) years of related experience.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in successful software delivery or software development using Appian technologies and tools or comparable.

• Must be able to pass a federal government background check

• Must live in the United States and be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting federal government agencies or large-scale public sector programs.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and low-code development tools supported by government organizations.

• Experience with user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) development, or Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI).

• Master’s degree in a related field (may be substituted for four years of experience where applicable).
