Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Related Work Experience:

  • Software Development Lifecycle 6-9
  • Management/Lead experience 4-6
  • Complex project management experience 3-6, * Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
  • Experience with enterprise-level sales commission systems.
  • Working knowledge of sales commission plans and compensation processes.
  • Prior experience in leading technical teams to achieve deliverables consistently and accurately.
  • Exposure to major billing and CRM systems (Salesforce, Siebel, ICOMS, and CSG).
  • Telecommunications/Cable industry experience.
