SAP Program Manager/Director

ERP SAVVY is seeking an SAP Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new SAP system. This individual will be instrumental in shaping the execution roadmap, managing the budget, and ensuring successful deployment across the organization. Responsibilities Develop a multiyear execution plan, including stakeholder engagement and budget forecasting Lead, mentor, and coach PMO resources across multiple ERP workstreams Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope and mitigate risks Oversee successful integration and deployment of the SAP ERP program Provide portfolio-level reporting and governance Identify and resolve escalations efficiently Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies to drive delivery

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, 12+ years of experience in program/project management, with a strong focus on SAP environments Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Strong experience with Agile or hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) methodologies PMP certification preferred Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations from start to finish Background in acquisition or integration projects is a plus Proven success in delivering ERP programs on time and within budget What You’ll Bring Deep ERP knowledge and the ability to translate that into strategic execution Experience leading cross-functional, high-impact ERP projects Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex business issues Independent project ownership, including budget and risk management A mentoring mindset to support and grow less experienced team members
