Pc Deployment Technician

PC Technician (Device Refresh Technician) to join our team. This role focuses on the hardware lifecycle refresh, ensuring that our medical staff have the most up-to-date and reliable technology to provide exceptional patient care. As a traveling field technician, you will be responsible for deploying hardware, troubleshooting issues, and providing top-notch customer service across multiple OhioHealth locations. This role could also have a capacity within the Project Team, multiple concurrent projects, including the Room of the Future, Corporate Office Decommissioning, Corporate Office Workstation Builds, Printer Refresh, and Laptop/Desktop Refresh. Candidates must be flexible and willing to adapt to evolving business needs and workload fluctuations., * Deploy hardware and ensure devices are properly connected to the network.

• Experience with hardware deployment and network connectivity.

• Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Level I issues.

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Coachable, adaptable, and a self-starter.

• Willingness to travel to various OhioHealth locations as needed.
