IT Infrastructure/ Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) across cloud platforms, storage, and cybersecurity, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of global IT systems. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, provide technical leadership, and support scalable infrastructure solutions., * Act as SME for cloud (AWS, Azure), storage (SAN/NAS), and cybersecurity frameworks.

• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure including servers, virtualization, and security tools.
• Ensure system reliability through backup, disaster recovery, and redundancy planning.
• Monitor performance, conduct capacity planning, and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement security policies, access controls, and ensure compliance standards.
• Manage ITIL processes: incident, change, and configuration management.
• Collaborate with vendors and global IT teams to standardize infrastructure practices.
• Lead infrastructure projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Maintain documentation and evaluate emerging technologies (automation, cloud-native, AI ops).

• Bachelor s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure (cloud, storage, enterprise systems).
• Experience managing enterprise environments and leading projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• ITIL or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and vendor management.
