Job description
- Architect, deploy, and maintain global messaging infrastructure, including Exchange, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and associated security systems.
- Administer Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including role-based access control (RBAC), monitoring, security management, backups, scripting, and disaster recovery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to messaging systems and Active Directory.
- Manage messaging security solutions, including third-party email gateways, antivirus, anti-spam systems, and TLS technologies.
- Proactively monitor messaging environments and recommend enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and security.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation; provide training and knowledge transfer to peers and IT engineering teams.
- Create technical proposals and supporting documentation for business reviews and training initiatives.
- Design, implement, and support mobile device management solutions, including platforms such as MobileIron, AirWatch, and Microsoft Intune.
- Execute large-scale projects independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Provide after-hours support and support project deliverables as needed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Visio?, * Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
- Advanced expertise in Exchange Online administration.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID administration
- Configuring and enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), especially for privileged accounts.
- Securing and managing access to Microsoft Entra Graph API.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise across Active Directory and Exchange environments.
- Advanced working knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and PowerShell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio.
- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Availability for on-call or after-hours support as required., * Experience supporting large, global enterprise environments (law firm experience highly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Current Microsoft certifications in Exchange and Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure components, including load balancers, VMware, compute, and storage systems.
