Field Network Copier Technician - Minnetonka, MN

We are actively hiring a Field Network Copier Technician based near Minnetonka, MN to install and configure copier and printer equipment across client sites. This role is ideal for someone with field service, IT support, or equipment installation experience who enjoys working independently, traveling, and solving technical problems on-site.

You’ll travel across regions, from local vans in Iowa and Ohio to flights out west in California, Texas or Nevada, bringing high-end copier, printer and scanner hardware into client environments and making sure everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Install and set up copiers, printers, and scanning equipment at customer locations
• Connect devices to client networks (TCP/IP, drivers, scanning tools)
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues on-site
• Train end users on basic operation and best practices
• Complete service reports, documentation, and client sign-off
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installations

Travel Requirements (Please Review Before Applying)

• 70%-100% travel required
• Regional travel via company vehicle + occasional air travel
• Overnight stays required
• All travel expenses covered

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * 2+ years of experience in field service, installation, or technical support

• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, device connectivity)
• Comfortable working in Windows environments
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physically capable of lifting and moving copier/scanner equipment safely
• Must live near Minnetonka, MN

Preferred Experience (But Not Required)

• Copier or printer experience (Canon, HP, Sharp, etc.)
• Field technician or equipment installation background
• Experience training customers or end users
