Scrum Master - hybrid role Central London

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing delivery team within a leading Financial Services organisation. This role will play a key part in driving agile delivery across multiple squads, with a strong focus on managing cross-product dependencies and supporting large-scale data initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Scrum Master who thrives in complex environments and is confident working across multiple teams and stakeholders., Facilitate agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple squads Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery Support and guide teams in adopting and maturing agile practices Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement within squads Oversee delivery across data-focused teams including Analysts and Engineers Support delivery of data migration and transformation programmes Maintain and optimise workflows using Jira

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with the majority of your career in this capacity Strong track record of working across multiple squads simultaneously Previous experience within Financial Services, ideally Asset Management Demonstrated experience working with Data teams and delivering data migration/transformation projects Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to manage complexity and drive delivery in fast-paced environment
