Job description

Centric Consulting is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to support a key client engagement with an established enterprise organization in Charlotte.

In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day administrative backbone of a large, multi-org Salesforce environment-supporting an active optimization program across case management, license governance, and overall platform stability.

This opportunity is ideal for an administrator who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with both consulting delivery teams and internal business applications groups.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration across multiple orgs, including:
  • User setup and deactivation
  • Profiles, roles, permission sets, and permission set groups
  • License assignment and management
  • Support a Service Cloud-focused environment, including:
  • Case management configuration
  • Record types, page layouts, queues, and assignment rules
  • Related automation and enhancements
  • Partner on license optimization and access governance, including:
  • Permission cleanup and consolidation
  • Migration toward a permission set group model
  • Ensuring role-based access alignment
  • Build and maintain Salesforce configurations, including:
  • Flows and automation
  • Validation rules
  • Dynamic Forms
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Support release and deployment processes, including:
  • Sandbox refreshes
  • Validated change sets and/or deployment tools
  • Post-deployment activities (e.g., permissions, layouts, manual configuration)
  • Assist with UAT coordination, data quality efforts, and issue triage
  • Document system configurations and changes to ensure long-term supportability by internal teams

Requirements

Do you have a valid Certified Salesforce Administrator certification?, Do you have experience in Salesforce Cloud?, * 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) required
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Permission sets and permission set groups
  • Profiles, roles, and license management
  • Experience supporting Service Cloud / case management environments
  • Proficiency with:
  • Flows and declarative automation
  • Validation rules, page layouts, reports, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with deployment tools and release processes (e.g., Gearset, Change Sets, sandbox-to-production workflows)
  • Preferred/Additional Skills:
  • Experience leveraging tools such as Claude.ai
  • Background using VS Code for Salesforce-related work
