Senior SAP IBP Consultant

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior SAP IBP Consultant on behalf of our client in Dallas, TX to support enterprise planning and supply chain transformation initiatives. We are looking for a highly experienced SAP IBP professional with deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning, particularly in Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Order-Based Planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong implementation experience and the ability to configure, model, and optimize scalable planning solutions to meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP IBP implementations, enhancements, and business process optimization initiatives.

• Configure and manage SAP IBP Demand Planning and S&OP modules, including:

• Master Data
• Planning Areas
• Key Figures
• Key Figure Calculations
• Demand & S&OP configuration settings
• Create and maintain new attributes, time profiles, and key figures to support business planning requirements.
• Design and model complex business scenarios using key figure calculations and attribute transformations.
• Develop and maintain SAP IBP Excel Add-In templates aligned with user and business requirements.
• Configure planning operators and manage global settings within SAP IBP.
• Implement and manage security roles, including permission filters and access restrictions.
• Support SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP), Supply Heuristics, and Optimizer configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable planning solutions.
• Provide best practices and recommendations to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.

• 15+ years of overall IT and SAP consulting experience.
• 4 5 years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience.
• Minimum of 2 3 end-to-end SAP IBP implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning and S&OP.
• Hands-on experience with key figures, planning areas, time profiles, and attribute transformations.
• Experience configuring planning operators, global settings, and security roles.
• Working knowledge of SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP), Supply Heuristics, and Optimizer setup.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in supply chain planning and forecasting environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise-level planning transformations is a plus.
