Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Confiz is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Business Operations. This individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution, managing cross-functional stakeholders, identifying risks before they materialize, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical programs.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, The ideal candidate combines strong program management fundamentals with deep business acumen and the ability to operate effectively with executives, business leaders, engineering teams, and external partners., * 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs and business transformations.

• Proven ability to deliver complex, production-grade initiatives while managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong program governance, risk/dependency management, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience influencing outcomes without direct authority and driving execution with minimal oversight.
• Expertise working with Director-, VP-, and Executive-level stakeholders, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Supply chain domain experience in one or more areas: Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, WMS, TMS, Order Management, Logistics, or Distribution Center Operations.
• Strong technical acumen, including experience with architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Deep supply chain expertise in Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Industrial operations.
• Experience with inventory optimization, forecasting, replenishment, fulfillment, warehouse automation, or distribution center technologies.
• Previous Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Lead experience.
