Remote Epic Application System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Epic Application System Analyst with strong expertise in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Administration to support a leading healthcare organization. The analyst will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Epic applications while collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT teams to support business and patient care processes., * Administer and support Epic Resolute HB applications.

• Configure, maintain, test, and deploy application enhancements and updates.
• Analyze user requirements and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues independently.
• Participate in application upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain reports and system documentation.
• Monitor application performance and perform ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure quality control for application changes before production release.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and system functionality.
• Stay current on Epic, healthcare IT, and industry best practices.

Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting healthcare applications, preferably Epic.

• Epic Resolute HB Administration Certification (required).
• Experience with Epic Hospital Billing (HB) workflows and administration.
• Knowledge of Epic HB General Ledger functionality.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

$75 an hour - Contract
