Requirements

Proven experience in designing and implementing highly available, scalable enterprise applications using Object-Oriented Architecture (OOA) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), with expertise in data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and JEE design patterns.
Extensive experience in creating technical solution designs and deploying applications using IBM WebSphere Portal and WebSphere Application Server environments with Java Development Kit (JDK 1.8 or higher).
Strong experience in planning, designing, implementing, and integrating criminal justice processing systems, including disposition processing, fingerprint identification, criminal history management, Sex Offender tracking, Wanted/Missing persons tracking, and offender supervision initiatives.
Hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using the JBoss Drools Rule Engine framework.
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve application performance and scalability issues.
Experience in architecting, designing, and developing analytics and search solutions using Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK Stack).
