Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and implementing highly available, scalable enterprise applications using Object-Oriented Architecture (OOA) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), with expertise in data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and JEE design patterns.
- Extensive experience in creating technical solution designs and deploying applications using IBM WebSphere Portal and WebSphere Application Server environments with Java Development Kit (JDK 1.8 or higher).
- Strong experience in planning, designing, implementing, and integrating criminal justice processing systems, including disposition processing, fingerprint identification, criminal history management, Sex Offender tracking, Wanted/Missing persons tracking, and offender supervision initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using the JBoss Drools Rule Engine framework.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve application performance and scalability issues.
- Experience in architecting, designing, and developing analytics and search solutions using Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK Stack).
