Copilot Studio Developer (Full-Time - AI Solutions)

This is an environment where your ideas are expected, your skills will expand, and your impact will be visible., We are seeking a full-time Copilot Studio Developer who wants to be hands-on with emerging AI technologies while working on meaningful client engagements. This role goes beyond development-you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to design solutions that improve operations, enhance security, and unlock productivity through Microsoft AI tools.

As part of our growing AI practice, you will contribute both to client delivery and to the evolution of our capabilities, helping define best practices, reusable solutions, and innovative approaches.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and deploy custom copilots and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop automated workflows and solutions using Power Automate and AI Builder
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into practical AI-driven solutions
• Integrate Copilot and AI functionality across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and security environments
• Participate in solution architecture, design discussions, and implementation planning
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, accelerators, and repeatable solution frameworks
• Stay current with new Microsoft AI capabilities and apply them to real-world use cases

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Strong experience with Power Automate and AI Builder
• Experience designing and delivering solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Foundry tools
• Exposure to broader Microsoft Power Platform capabilities
• Familiarity with AI governance, security, and compliance considerations
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
