Job description

We are looking for some “Software Packager and consultant” who will offer service to one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector. You will collaborate with the Application Delivery team, where your main mission will be to manage software packaging requests end-to-end, including creating software packages while ensuring quality, traceability, and internal customer satisfaction. TASKS : Receive, analyze, and manage software packaging requests from start to finish: registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support. Coordinate with IT and business teams to understand needs, define optimal solutions, and prioritize tasks. Create, customize, and maintain complex software packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, etc.), ensuring compatibility and compliance with corporate standards. Use software packaging tools (e.g., Flexera Admin Studio). Manage software deployment to corporate devices via MS SCCM/Intune. Automate service processes using scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT). Document processes, incidents, and solutions, as well as propose continuous improvements in the packaging workflow. Monitor SLAs and provide periodic reporting on the status of requests and incidents. Provide third-level support for incidents related to software packaging and distribution. Participate in cross-functional projects and ad-hoc tasks related to the service.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT), packaging tools (e.g., Flexera Admin Studio), and software distribution (MS SCCM, Intune…). Valuable experience in integrating packaging processes. Knowledge of networks, databases (SQL, MongoDB…), development, and API management. Solid experience in Agile, ITIL, or similar methodologies. Communication skills to interact with technical and business teams, and ability to identify and proactively solve problems. English fluent.
