Job description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Data Scientist with strong Python and machine learning expertise to help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy statistical models and machine learning solutions, conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights, and build and maintain forecasting models. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations that support strategic and operational objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering, preferably within privacy, compliance, or governance-related domains. Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, or similar) and SQL is required, along with familiarity with causal inference techniques, experiment design, and modern data pipeline tools such as Airflow, dbt, or Spark. Experience with data governance practices, including data quality, metadata management, and data stewardship, is highly valued. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
