We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedAI Security Analystto help secure AI systems, machine learning platforms, and Generative AI applications across the organization. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks associated with AI technologies while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with AI engineers, infrastructure teams, security specialists, and business stakeholders to establish secure AI environments and promote responsible AI adoption., AI Security Assessment & Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI systems and platforms.

  • Conduct security assessments of AI and machine learning solutions.

  • Identify vulnerabilities within AI applications, models, and infrastructure.

  • Perform risk analyses and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Support AI threat modeling and security reviews.

Security Monitoring & Incident Response

  • Protect AI environments through proactive monitoring and response activities.

  • Monitor AI systems for suspicious activity and security events.

  • Investigate security incidents involving AI platforms and services.

  • Support incident response and remediation efforts.

  • Conduct root cause analyses and recommend preventative measures.

Governance, Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure AI systems adhere to security and compliance requirements.

  • Develop and maintain AI security policies and procedures.

  • Support compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

  • Implement access controls and security standards.

  • Assist with audit and governance activities.

Collaboration & Advisory

  • Partner with technical and business teams to strengthen AI security.

  • Provide security guidance throughout the AI development lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and governance teams.

  • Review AI solution designs from a security perspective.

  • Promote security awareness and best practices.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Enhance organizational AI security capabilities.

  • Stay informed about emerging AI security threats and trends.

  • Evaluate new security tools and technologies.

  • Recommend improvements to AI security frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity, information security, or risk management experience.

  • Experience assessing application, infrastructure, or cloud security.

  • Understanding of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI concepts.

  • Knowledge of security frameworks and risk management methodologies.

  • Experience with security monitoring and incident response processes.

  • Understanding of cloud security principles.

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience documenting findings and recommendations.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work within highly regulated or security-focused environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience securing AI or machine learning platforms.

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks.

  • Experience with cloud security technologies.

  • Understanding of adversarial AI risks.

  • Experience supporting compliance initiatives.

  • Knowledge of MLOps environments.

  • Exposure to penetration testing or vulnerability management., + Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
