Job description

  • Defining the test strategy and selecting/adapting appropriate test methods and tools
  • Supporting, monitoring, and managing test progress across all phases, while generating reports on test execution
  • Creating test cases based on existing requirements and design specifications
  • Conducting (automated) component and integration tests, documenting results
  • Identifying errors and deviations, communicating them to our clients, and planning appropriate corrective measures
  • Performing performance measurements and analyses
  • Managing the design, execution, and evaluation of functional and technical software tests

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in (specialized/business) computer science, mathematics, business administration, or vocational training as an IT specialist in application development
  • Practical experience in the mentioned field, including the use of test methods and tools
  • Basic knowledge of databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL, as well as Linux
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Strong technical understanding and a pronounced affinity for IT
