Job description
The SharePoint Integration Developer will support the design, development, and integration of document management capabilities for the HHS OIG case management solution. This role will focus on connecting Dynamics 365 or case management workflows with SharePoint, managing secure document access, and building lifecycle-based permission workflows as cases move through investigation, review, and downstream processing stages., * Design, develop, and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, case management workflows, and SharePoint.
- Configure and develop document management workflows that control access based on case lifecycle stage, business rules, and user roles.
- Build automated workflows to grant, modify, or remove access to SharePoint files, folders, libraries, or sites as cases progress through different stages.
- Support secure document storage, access control, lifecycle management, and permissions enforcement for sensitive case-related documents.
- Develop workflows that support investigation, review, approval, and downstream document access requirements.
- Ensure SharePoint permissions align with case status, security requirements, business rules, and controlled access needs.
- Support access changes as cases move through investigation, review, escalation, closure, or other downstream stages.
- Collaborate with Dynamics developers, integration developers, security teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to implement secure document management processes.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint access issues, workflow failures, permission conflicts, and document integration defects.
- Document integration logic, workflow designs, permission rules, configuration steps, and operational support procedures.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, * Experience developing integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, case management systems, and SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint document management, permissions, libraries, folders, sites, and access control models.
- Experience building workflows that grant, update, or remove access based on lifecycle stage, case status, or business process rules.
- Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint workflows, or similar workflow automation tools.
- Ability to support secure access patterns for sensitive case-related documents.
- Experience configuring or supporting Microsoft 365 groups, SharePoint permissions, and role-based access models.
- Ability to troubleshoot document access issues, workflow failures, and integration defects.
- Ability to work with technical and functional teams to implement secure, scalable document management solutions., * Experience supporting investigation, audit, legal, compliance, or case management document workflows.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Power Platform.
- Experience supporting federal, healthcare, public-sector, or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with records management, document retention, lifecycle-based permissions, or controlled access requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 security groups, SharePoint site permissions, access reviews, and document lifecycle management.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, custom connectors, REST APIs, or Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
