Job description

Design and architect scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions based on business requirements.
Lead end-to-end implementation of nCino Banking applications including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, and Customer onboarding solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solution architecture.
Develop technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation strategies.
Provide leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Ensure best practices for security, governance, performance optimization, and data management.
Integrate Salesforce/nCino with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Requirements

Strong experience in Salesforce Architecture and Development.
Hands-on experience with nCino platform implementation and customization.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with Banking or Financial Services domain projects.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
