Job description

SAIC is seeking qualified applicants to support a cutting-edge data, analytics, and AI platform. Roles include managing customer relationships, service portfolio and catalog management, software engineering & development, data/AI engineering, IT systems operations, and use case intake and analytics for DoW enterprise-scale mission objectives expected in Spring/Summer 2026. Positions are contingent pending contract award.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities for WDP, providing vulnerability assessment and analysis and network/system assessment and authorization (A&A) (per RMF and/or DoW standards) in support of the Cybersecurity defense in depth program for WDP enterprise networks.

  • Serve as the SME, providing direction to the team on all RMF tasks.

  • Support risk assessment of all networks, information systems and applications to ensure these systems maintain the appropriate level of confidentiality, integrity, availability, and accountability.

  • Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.

  • May ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.

  • May respond to computer security breaches and viruses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of experience; OR Master’s Degree and 7+ years of experience

  • Active TS/SCI CI Poly Clearance is required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:

  • Expertise in Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Department of Work (DoW) standards

  • Proficiency in vulnerability assessment and analysis

  • Experience with network and system assessment and authorization processes

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity defense in depth strategies

  • Ability to lead and provide guidance on RMF activities

  • Skill in planning, implementing, upgrading, and monitoring security measures

  • Competence in safeguarding digital files and electronic infrastructure with appropriate security controls

  • Capability to respond effectively to computer security breaches and viruses

  • Understanding of confidentiality, integrity, availability, and accountability principles in information systems

  • Analytical skills for risk assessment across networks, systems, and applications

  • Leadership and communication skills for directing teams and serving as a subject matter expert (SME)
