Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator is Primarily responsible for configuration and administration of Microsoft Entra, Intune and on-prem virtual servers. Supports related systems and software that support printing, licensing, databases etc. This role serves as backup admin for firewalls, switches and other network equipment., * Administration of company’s O365 environment including migration, security, Intune, Power BI and Power Automate.

• Maintain the on-premise VMware and Windows environment by analyzing requirements and vulnerabilities, patching and upgrading.
• Assists and backs up the Cyber Security Manager with administration of network equipment such as firewalls, switches etc.
• Perform weekly and monthly checks on system health, security and vulnerabilities.
• Provide level 2/3 tech support and escalations from the Help Desk for troubleshooting technical issues including, but not limited to, troubleshooting network issues, printers, scanners, shop floor terminals, software, etc.
• Manage small to moderate IT projects for migrations, rollouts and Intune configurations improvements
• Provide updates, status, and completion information to management to support a team environment.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Do you have experience in Virtualization tools?, * 2 years of experience with Microsoft Entra configurations, migrations, troubleshooting

• 2 years of Intune configuration experience
• 2 years of experience with VMware and Windows server environment
• 2 years of experience in Information Technology support
• Moderate networking experience including firewalls, switches, DNS/DHCP
• Ability to resolve moderate to advanced technical problems
• Basic Scripting knowledge

Preferred:

• Linux administration
• Windows group policy management
• Helpdesk/Ticketing Experience
