Senior ERP & Federal Financial Systems Manager

The Senior ERP & Federal Financial Systems Manager will serve as a key member of BlackStar’s federal services team, supporting ERP modernization, financial systems implementation, business process improvement, and enterprise system integration efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with government stakeholders and project leadership to improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and support enterprise technology initiatives., * Lead ERP modernization and financial systems improvement initiatives

• Support implementation and optimization of financial management systems
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions
• Improve payroll, invoicing, procurement, and financial workflows
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Conduct user acceptance testing and implementation support
• Support enterprise system integrations and data validation efforts
• Provide project status reporting and stakeholder communication
• Assist with change management and process improvement initiatives
• Support government compliance and internal control activities

Do you have experience in Training material drafting?, * Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of ERP or enterprise business systems experience
• Experience supporting financial management systems
• Experience leading ERP implementation, migration, or modernization projects
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience developing business process documentation and training materials
