Job description

This is a remote contract role for a Technical Implementation Manager.

You will be responsible for onboarding enterprise customers onto Scint, configuring procurement and RFQ workflows, and ensuring successful adoption of the platform within their organization.

This role combines customer onboarding, workflow configuration, and hands-on implementation of enterprise software. You will work directly with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to translate their real-world processes into structured workflows inside Scint.

This is an implementation-focused role, not general customer support or call center-style assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation projects
  • Configure RFQ workflows, templates, supplier structures, and approval flows
  • Run customer training sessions, workshops, and product walkthroughs
  • Act as the primary technical and functional point of contact for customers
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and workflow-related problems
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams on customer requirements and feedback
  • Ensure customers successfully adopt and actively use the platform post-onboarding
  • Document customer workflows and implementation best practices, * Fractional / contract role with flexible schedule and potential to grow into a long-term position
  • Work directly with enterprise customers implementing real procurement and RFQ workflows
  • Hands-on role shaping how procurement teams adopt AI-driven sourcing and quoting tools
  • Client-facing role with occasional on-site customer visits (travel expenses covered)
  • Competitive contract compensation based on experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Experience in procurement or sourcing workflows
  • Background in solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or technical account management
  • Familiarity with data structures, APIs, or system integrations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workshop facilitation?, * Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS or enterprise software

  • Experience working with structured business systems (ERP, procurement, CRM, finance, or similar)
  • Proven ability to lead customer onboarding or implementation projects end-to-end
  • Ability to translate business processes into software configuration and workflows
  • Comfortable running customer training sessions and live workshops
  • Strong technical intuition (APIs, integrations, or data flows a plus)
  • Excellent communication and ability to work directly with enterprise stakeholders
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise operations is a strong advantage
