E-commerce Operations Analyst - Full-Time / Part-Time

• Analyze sales performance, customer purchasing trends, and marketplace data to identify business opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, product performance, and inventory turnover.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to sales trends, demand forecasting, pricing analysis, and business performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product strategy and marketplace growth.
• Support inventory planning and demand forecasting using historical sales data.
• Assist in optimizing product listings and operational processes across e-commerce platforms such as Etsy and other online marketplaces.
• Coordinate with domestic and overseas suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency and business operations.
• Participate in short-term international business travel to China, as needed, to communicate with suppliers, conduct market research, evaluate manufacturing capabilities, and support cross-border business initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement process improvements that enhance overall business performance.

Do you have experience in Shopify?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis or visualization tools is preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar marketplaces is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for short-term assignments when required.
