Job description

Cloud Infrastructure Manager We are seeking an ambitious Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead our infrastructure engineering team, scale our cloud environments, and maximize system reliability. This role bridges high-scale distributed systems engineering with team leadership, focusing on building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) that empower our engineering organization., * Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a diverse team of infrastructure engineers ensuring high availability and a collaborative culture.

  • Platform Engineering: Design and mature Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and automate complex, multi-tier distributed systems at internet scale.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal engineering customers to understand their needs, improve their tooling, and streamline the developer experience.
  • Operations & Observability: Own infrastructure features, implement robust observability frameworks, and participate in incident response to minimize MTTR.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of total technical experience, including 5+ years of direct management experience leading engineering teams.
  • Cloud Architecture: Strong multi-cloud proficiency, specifically with AWS and Azure ecosystems.
  • Systems & SaaS: Proven success operating, automating, and scaling highly reliable distributed systems and Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.
  • Incident Management: Hands-on experience with modern monitoring tools, alert systems, and active incident response.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong product mindset with an ability to navigate ambiguity; FinTech experience is a strong plus.
