Senior Systems Engineer

The Senior Systems Engineer (SSE) is responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing reliability of TELCOR’s IT infrastructure-spanning on-premises systems, cloud environments, and the security controls that protect them. The SSE partners with engineering, product, and business teams to align technology decisions with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires independent judgment, strong technical depth, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Proven track record of leading complex systems initiatives from initial concept through to operational stability

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure/Entra
• Strong proficiency with modern identity/access management practices
• Experience with infrastructure automation
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document complex systems clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience supporting SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or similar compliance audits is preferred
• Omnissa Horizon experience preferred
• VMware virtualization experience preferred
• Bachelors in computer science, Information Systems or related field - or equivalent demonstrated experience
