Product Owner - AI

We’re partnering with our client, a global leader in the toy industry, to find a talented Product Owner - AI. This Temp role is based in our client’s location. Join a dynamic team driving innovative AI strategies to shape the future of Mattel’s product development and operational excellence.

Product Owner - AI Responsibilities:

• Lead organization-wide AI product initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Measure and communicate the value generated from AI projects across business units.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand needs, facilitate ideation sessions, and prioritize AI use cases.
• Drive the development and implementation of emerging AI-powered business models for approval and adoption.
• Establish responsible AI principles by working with thought leaders and internal compliance teams.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field; a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience is acceptable.
• Extensive experience building and scaling AI platforms, including Generative and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI applications within business settings, including ML fundamentals and algorithms.
• Proven leadership in product development within multidisciplinary, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset towards continuous learning.
