Job description

  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of application solutions. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to understand objectives, client needs, and desired outcomes. Design and develop solutions that bring ease and simplicity. Also ensuring they are maintainable, efficient, accurate, and meet business needs.
  • Analyzes, creates, and presents reports from databases. Creates and maintains data extracts. Monitors related ETL processes tied to data extracts to ensure completion and accuracy. Maintains and enhances reports and data extracts to meet business needs.
  • Performs code reviews to ensure high quality. Ensures compliance with standards and change control procedures. Provides periodic status updates on activities, issues, and project tasks.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze information needs, functional requirements, and deliver the following artifacts in support of creating shared understanding: Use Cases, Wireframes, Prototypes, Flow Diagrams, and Input / Output Specifications.
  • Regularly reviews technological / industry advancements, staying knowledgeable of alternatives and innovative options that we should consider. Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure documentation and system reliability is sufficiently meeting our expanding needs as we develop solutions and grow.
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Confidential information handling?, A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience. Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (browser, runtime, and frameworks), JSON, XML, Java, SQL, DB2, Git, Postman preferred.

Education/Certifications/Licenses

A college degree. in related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education, technical training, and experience will be considered.

Interpersonal Skills

Work involves personal contact with customers and others inside and outside the organization, generally regarding fairly routine matters for the purposes of giving and obtaining information or instructions, updating or referring. Communications generally require shorter and not in-depth discussions.

Other Skills

Ability to discuss technical issues effectively. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work and travel independently and use general office equipment. Commonly used in this role: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (browser, runtime, and frameworks), JSON, XML, Java, SQL, DB2, Git, Postman, Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance., Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to complete basic mathematical calculations, spell accurately, and understand computer basics. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.
