Job description

Maintenance of existing code base and enhancement of current application.
Participate in on-going system design.
Design and implement solutions for software defects.
Application testing.
Technical documentation.

Requirements

BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong foundation in data structures and relational database programming.
Proven technical troubleshooting experience.
Ability to handle the periodic on-call duty.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired:

Experience with Progress RDBMS.
Experience in libraries - special, research, public and/or academic.
Experience with Web Services.
Experience with Digital Rights Management.
Knowledge of Accessibility Standards.
Knowledge of Z39 Standards.
Knowledge of UNIX and shell scripting.
