Manager of Hybrid Cloud and DevOps Architecture

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of progressive experience in a combination of IT analysis, design and/or architecture disciplines, with at least 5 years of direct infrastructure, system, application and/or other solutions architecture experience.
• If no degree, 12 years experience as listed above.
• Requires 3 years of direct people leadership experience with proven success in the design and delivery of quality scalable IT solutions on time, on budget and in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Must have exposure to multiple, diverse technical integrations, technologies, and processing environments
• History of experience in software development, system analysis, and project management (ex. a career path that has included software development which evolved into software architecture, design or analysis)
• Experience coordinating vendor solution delivery and partnering effectively with vendors to meet business needs.

Hiring Preferences:

• Prefer candidates with a technically-oriented degree.
• Experience in multiple architecture disciplines is preferred.
• Prefer candidates with knowledge and understanding of: Regulatory and legislative impact on health plans, specifically HIPAA requirements placed on cloud tenants; Health insurance and plan administration
• Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills necessary.
• Proven ability to communicate well at all levels (technical detail through C-Level executive presentations).
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong active listening skills are required.
• Excellent consultative and collaborative skills required.
• Drive completion of projects on time and to budget
• Delegate where appropriate, and maintain open and honest communication with all levels of management
• Provide outstanding customer service to stakeholders, peers, and management.
• The ability to balance tactical and strategic work is required.
• Must possess significant in-depth knowledge of industry best practices for application design, analysis and/or architecture.
• Certification in some aspect of IT analysis, design and/or architecture preferred.
