Analyze business changes and business management requests to identify business processes and SAP-related systems design, systems compliance, and solution ROI.
Prepare business and technical requirements, functional specifications, solut=ion design proposals, test plans, and operating procedures for business users, technical teams, and business management.
Manage programs and projects for implementation in coordination with business management teams, project steering teams, MIS technical execution resources, external vendors, and end-users.
Lead and participate in SAP solution design for major system changes and projects.

Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field OR bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 5 years experience in IT/IS-related function.
5+ years of experience in SAP functional support role in multiple SAP modules.
1+ years of experience in project management or systems implementation role.
Experience in SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (preferably Agile methodology).
Working knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP) modules.
SAP Finance and Controlling experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
Ability to develop remote working relationships with both team members and internal customers.
