Job description

The Integration Platform Technologies team functions as the backbone of our digital nervous system. We specialize in orchestrating complex, low-latency data flows and event driven solutions, ensuring high-availability across hybrid-cloud environments. By mastering the intricate ā€œplumbingā€ of enterprise service buses and microservices synchronization, we transform isolated stacks into a unified, scalable powerhouse that drives our technical agility., * Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions leveraging Azure DevOps, Ansible, and Python.

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines using Ansible and Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure integration solutions are developer-friendly, scalable, and secure.
  • Contribute to the adoption and continuous improvement of SAFe agile methodologies across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex middleware, deployment, and integration issues across multiple environments.
  • Document architecture, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and operational excellence.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer specializing in Integration Technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure DevOps, Ansible, and Python, as well as hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). We are looking for a developer-first mindset, committed to building robust, scalable, and secure Integration solutions that empower our development teams and drive organizational success., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in middleware engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline development and/or release management.
  • Proficient in automation and configuration management, preferably Ansible.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with the ability to develop, test, and maintain automation scripts and middleware services.
  • Demonstrated experience working in organizations leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong developer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in Azure DevOps, Ansible, or SAFe.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools relevant to middleware stacks.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: IBM MQ, IBM API Connect, IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM Cast Iron.

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
