SAP Technician

• Monitoring SAP system performance and proactively troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal stability, security, and continuous operational excellence.
• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and update implementation for SAP systems.
• Providing technical support to users by resolving system issues and optimizing performance.
• Conducting regular inventory stock counts and reconciling discrepancies to ensure high accuracy and integrity of inventory records., * Checking whether the number of the relevant shift is correct from the UVT interface.
• Ensure SAP System is running correctly logistics to be efficient
• Documentation for Logistics is properly filed
• Receive all incoming items with proper PO and Labeled
• Research, evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, support and reliability
• Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand

• Making roll transfer controls from rolls warehouse to thermoforming warehouse and from thermoforming warehouse
• Checking barcodes and labels not scanned in the logistics department to help to catch the correct quantity.
• Elimination of errors encountered during barcode receiving.
• Controlling the work orders at the end of production. Checking whether there are more barcodes. Spending
• the rolls that still appear in the inventory digitally even though they have been spent from production.
• Control of Raw Materials, Agglomeres, Fluffs and additives expenditures in extrusion.
• Controls of Raw Materials, Agglomeres, Fluffs and additives stocks in the warehouses. Work by adhering to the occupational health and safety training given to him, without neglecting occupational health and safety.
• Know their own duties in emergency procedures.
• Know their own duties in the fire prevention plan.

• To ensure that the ERP system is used more actively in X-PET production by working in cooperation with the ERP Engineers and managers when necessary.

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, * Strong knowledge of SAP Systems (SAP ERP, SAP HANA) and databases.

• Experience with troubleshooting and system optimization.
• Good communication skills for user support and team collaboration.
• Must be able to carry out the organization successfully and fluently
• Should be able to evaluate the workflow as a whole and establish coordination and balance between various functions.
