Job description

Website Development & Management

  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize the firm’s websites, microsites, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Lead front-end and back-end development initiatives across multiple web properties and business entities.
  • Ensure all websites maintain optimal functionality, responsiveness, accessibility, and user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Implement scalable website architecture capable of supporting high-volume traffic and lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain code quality, version control, testing standards, and deployment processes.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop high-converting landing pages and user experiences.
  • Support SEO, local SEO, technical SEO, and website performance optimization initiatives.
  • Integrate websites with CRM systems, lead management platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation technologies.
  • Optimize website conversion rates through A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and user journey analysis.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and recommend enhancements to improve user engagement and lead conversion.

Security, Compliance & Performance

  • Ensure websites comply with industry best practices regarding security, privacy, ADA accessibility, and data protection.
  • Implement and maintain website security protocols, monitoring tools, and vulnerability mitigation measures.
  • Monitor uptime, page speed, and infrastructure performance.
  • ·Manage website backups, disaster recovery procedures, and system updates.

Technical Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and development partners on web initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Document development standards, workflows, and technical procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and digital team members when applicable.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and related reporting platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to measure website effectiveness and marketing ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support special projects related to digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, web technologies, SEO developments, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of professional web development experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level websites with significant traffic volume and lead generation objectives.
  • Advanced proficiency in: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, REST APIs, WordPress and custom CMS development
  • Experience with website hosting environments, DNS management, SSL certificates, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking platforms.
  • Experience with Git and modern development workflows.

Preferred

  • Experience working within legal, financial services, fintech, insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience supporting nationally recognized consumer brands.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Lawmatics, or similar systems.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and lead routing systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered web technologies, automation tools, and personalization platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple websites across a multi-brand or multi-entity organization.
